Danilo Archbold is an ordained Pastor, and a Disabled Veteran who served in the US Armed Forces. He is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer. He is a NYS Governor's appointee representing the project of the Belmont Racetrack in Elmont, NY. He is part of the Centers of Influenced Conference at Annapolis Naval Academy, where he represents Zion Youth for the engineering programs. He is part of the LI STEM Hub where he collaborates with various agencies and learning institutions to promote STEM awareness throughout NYS. He serves in many committees at the Nassau DA office and the police commission department.

Melissa Archbold is a Christian Life Coach and a District Missionary. She received her BS Organizational Management Skills School of Business & Master in Mental Health Counseling Degree from Nyack College. She is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, and has received certification training in the area of Functional Family Therapy. She has years of experience in the areas of Mental Health Counseling, Care Management, Managed Care System. She is part of the Nassau County Task Heroin Force. She was appointed by the Governor of NYS to serve as a SUNY Council Member. 

Steven M. Lester, Esq. role in Zion Youth And Family Community is essential. He serves as The Co-Chair Advisory Board Member and Legal Counsel. He is an accomplished commercial litigator, trial Attorney and a business Lawyer with over 25 years experience. He received his graduate degree from Fordham UniversitySchool of Law. He also is a certified Public Accountant. He received his BBA in Accounting from Hosftra University with a minor in Political Science. He serves as legal counsel to the Democratic Caucus of the Town Board of the Town of Hempstead since 2000.
